Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business hours (including weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Areas & Times
• Nairobi County: 1-3 hours • Other Major Towns: 3-5 hours • Remote Areas: 24 hours We deliver nationwide across Kenya using trusted courier partners. For international shipping, please contact our customer service.
Shipping Rates
• Nairobi County: KES 250 • Other Major Towns: KES 350 • Remote Areas: KES 500 Free delivery on all orders over KES 10,000.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our delivery partner's website.
Temperature Control
All our chocolates are packed in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we recommend being available to receive your order to prevent prolonged exposure to heat.
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and your order number. We'll be happy to replace the items or issue a refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for the correct items to be sent to you and provide a return label for the incorrect items.
Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For cash on delivery orders, we will process the refund via M-Pesa to the provided phone number.
